Welcome to our home! 

The Meet & Greet is the first step required before any service, and will be the first thing I organise with you once I have confirmed some basic questions via the initial application form. For boarding (including daycare) this visit will take place at our house; if you have enquired about walking or drop-in services however, I will ask to come to your house instead for this visit.

VISIT AT OUR HOUSE (daycare, boarding)

Essentially, you come to our house & take a look around so you may check you're happy with the environment and with us as dog minders; you get to see how your dog likes it here, and ask any questions you may have. We will ask you a few more questions about your dog (how it's fed, where it sleeps, get a feel for their general routine & what they're like etc) and observe how they interact with their environment and any other guest dogs.

You can park on our driveway (in front of the window), though street parking is available from 6pm.
Please bring reading glasses if needed - I will give you a booking form for your dogs stay, that you might want to check in case you have questions!

IF I VISIT YOU (walks, drop ins etc)

I will need to see where your pet's belongings are kept; be shown how to access your home (which also includes being given any keys or key codes needed); and I will also provide a contract and some information sheets for you to sign & fill in before the first service.
